The MD-PA500M2000M100W Power Amplifier is an ultra-wideband, high-power module with spectrum emission capabilities, primarily used in fields such as electronic communications, jamming, and identification. It integrates high-speed control circuits internally, enabling rapid transmit/receive switching (20 μs), and features high reliability, high stability, and a long service life. It can operate normally and remain undamaged under high VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) loads, with a wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃. Equipped with comprehensive protection functions for parameters including VSWR, power, voltage, current, and temperature, as well as information sampling and reporting capabilities, it supports communication via any serial interface such as RS232, RS485, RS422, or RJ45.
