The MD-PA80M1000M500W Power Amplifier Equipment is an ultra-wideband, high-linearity module with a Psat output power of ≥500W and spectral emission capability. Designed for applications in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electronic measurement, communication systems, interference mitigation, and identification, it incorporates integrated high-speed control circuits that enable rapid transmit/receive switching (20 μs). The amplifier demonstrates high reliability, operational stability, and long service life, maintaining stable performance without damage even under high VSWR load conditions. It operates over a wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C) and features comprehensive protection functions for VSWR, power, voltage, current, and temperature, with real-time monitoring and data reporting. Communication can be implemented via multiple serial interface options, including RS232, RS485, RS422, and RJ45.
